Hi, my name is Mike. I own a 30 gallon tank. It has been set up for 7 years now. I own three tetras, can't remember the exact type, but they have red tails and a shiny line along the side. Anyways, I keep live plants in my tank. I had a bad out break of snails. I first tried some chemical to try and rid the tank of them, but they only came out of the woodwork and laughed at it. So, I was told that loaches were good cause they eat snails. So, I bought two clown loaches. Indeed, they took care of the problem. I joined the Loaches Online Forum to learn more about my new fish. I found out that my tank is way too small to keep loaches. So, here is my issue. I need to find a home for these guys. I don't want anything for them, just want them to go to a home where they will live in a nice size tank, and be taken care of. They are a little over an inch long now.
I was thinking of getting a bigger tank, and starting a loach based river setup, but I don't have the funds for a bigger tank at the moment.
If there is anyone here that might be able to help me out, let me know.
